Case study: Lazer Oasiz helmet process
I often start with a small ‘sketch’ model that captures the feel of the proposed design.
A full-size model is made in hard styling clay on a proprietary headform.
The clay model is scanned and the scan data is converted into a 3D CAD model.
The CAD model is used to analyze coverage test lines and foam thickness.
The finished product!
